Refunds Policy

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, or it is not the item you expected Watch to Watches offers you 14 days to change your mind on any of your purchases from this website. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt; if items are returned after the mentioned time, we have our right to refuse the refund.

The product or products must be unused, unworn, no damage and brand new condition and must be returned with all the original box, instructions, guarantee and all extras (Info Cards, CD-ROMs, booklets, flyers, etc.).

When the item is received, It will be inspected to ensure everything is present and in its original condition to ensure its eligibility for refund. Refunds are processed as quickly as possible and you will be notified via email when the refund process is completed. We aim to process all refunds within 7 days, but please allow up to a maximum of 30 days for the refund to be processed.

Earrings, belly bars or other items of pierced jewellery cannot be returned unless they are found to have manufacturing faults.

You should return it to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This way the delivery is insured.  You should also record the tracking number.

WatchtoWatches.com manages customer orders within 12-24hrs.
If your purchased item is out of stock , WatchtoWatches.com will refund you within 12-24hrs of order.
Please note all transactions are made via Paypal and so they take a refund fee of 0.2% - 2.4% depending on amount.

All returns are inspected to ensure that the item has not been used, and are refunded within 30 days of cancellation. Your card is refunded to the full amount, and we do not charge any 'restocking' fees.  All basic shipping charges are refunded, but if you have specifically upgraded your shipping options, (e.g. paid extra for 9 am delivery), this additional amount is not refundable.
